TL;DR

Senior Manager, Data Strategy and Governance (AI): Driving data strategy for the GTM Strategy & Operations team, architecting and scaling modern data infrastructure. Focus on AI-driven data cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, anomaly detection, and predictive data quality monitoring.

Location: Remotely from the US or UK

Salary: $195k - $242k OTE + Equity based on your experience and location.

What you will do

  • Develop and own a roadmap to enhance agility through a trusted, timely, and scalable customer and firmographic data strategy and governance framework.
  • Design and execute initiatives to eliminate operational inefficiencies caused by incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear data.
  • Implement AI-assisted data cleansing strategies, including intelligent deduplication, normalization, and enrichment.
  • Partner with GTM Systems and IT to automate data validation and quality monitoring workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to align data standards with evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM architecture.
  • Proven experience modernizing data governance using automation or AI-enabled tooling.
  • Deep expertise in implementing data quality frameworks, including deduplication, firmographic and technographic enrichment.
  • Advanced expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem, including territory management.
  • Must be based in the US or UK
