What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution for data modeling and business intelligence, prioritizing projects with measurable ROI.
• Establish and maintain hirify.global's single source of truth for data and overall data strategy.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists.
• Design and evolve data models to support diverse analytic solutions and machine learning foundations.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the selection process for third-party data systems.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align data capabilities with long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building modern data architectures with increasing responsibility.
• 6+ years of direct people management experience developing data professionals.
• Extensive expertise in data modeling and machine learning technologies.
• Proven track record of architecting large centralized data stores.
• Experience in product management, engineering, and vendor contract negotiation.
