What you will do

• Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams and hirify.global colleagues on use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration
• Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable data pipelines, APIs, and components
• Work with RL pipeline team to refine and advance reinforcement learning algorithms
• Contribute to hirify.globalAI product strategy and roadmap via customer insights and technical expertise
• Provide technical expertise for successful adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term customer success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related; Master’s/PhD preferred
• 3–5+ years as Data Scientist, ML Engineer or similar with large-scale data and production environments; customer-facing experience preferred
• Proficient in Python (Pandas), ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost), SQL, ML pipelines, and model deployment
• Strong engineering practices: well-structured code, Git, CI/CD, testing, type-hinting, code reviews
• Comfortable collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams, translating technical concepts to business value
• Entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, troubleshoot, and drive solutions
