What you will do
- Take ownership of patient issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution with the highest standard of care.
- Work closely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners to coordinate optimal patient outcomes.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
- Identify opportunities to enhance services through optimized processes and automation, and implement solutions.
- Monitor and escalate recurring issues or patterns in patient tickets to prevent future problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Telehealth, healthcare support, customer service, or other problem-solving roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for positive patient and customer outcomes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate next steps and take proactive action.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills (C1), with ability to use a range of tones.
- Strong computer skills, including prior experience with Mac and Google Suite.
- An interest in healthcare and wellness, or direct experience in the healthcare space.
