Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (Makati office), supporting patients in Australia.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of patient issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution with the highest standard of care.
  • Work closely with doctors, pharmacies, and delivery partners to coordinate optimal patient outcomes.
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance metrics, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Average Handling Time (AHT).
  • Identify opportunities to enhance services through optimized processes and automation, and implement solutions.
  • Monitor and escalate recurring issues or patterns in patient tickets to prevent future problems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Telehealth, healthcare support, customer service, or other problem-solving roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a drive for positive patient and customer outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate next steps and take proactive action.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills (C1), with ability to use a range of tones.
  • Strong computer skills, including prior experience with Mac and Google Suite.
  • An interest in healthcare and wellness, or direct experience in the healthcare space.
