What you will do
- Define and execute the overall partnership ecosystem strategy, including channel, integration, and marketplace partners.
- Own the partnership P&L, forecasting and driving profitable, partner-sourced revenue growth.
- Lead and scale the channel partnerships team through hiring and performance management.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain high-level relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic connections.
- Navigate complex cross-functional requirements with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering departments.
Requirements
- 15+ years of successful business development and channel partnership experience.
- 7+ years of people leadership experience, demonstrating ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
- Deep industry experience in the Employee Benefits ecosystem, including carriers, consultants, or digital health providers.
- Strong track record of success in quota-carrying roles with P&L responsibility.
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective relationship building.
