TL;DR

Vice President, Partnerships (Medtech): Developing and executing a comprehensive partnership ecosystem strategy for a high-growth mental health platform with an accent on channel management, integration partnerships, and revenue growth. Focus on leading cross-functional dependencies, managing P&L accountability, and scaling distribution motions to increase market reach and partner activation.

Location: Must be based in the United States, with travel required ~2x a month.

Salary: $225,000–$275,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the overall partnership ecosystem strategy, including channel, integration, and marketplace partners.
  • Own the partnership P&L, forecasting and driving profitable, partner-sourced revenue growth.
  • Lead and scale the channel partnerships team through hiring and performance management.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain high-level relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build strategic connections.
  • Navigate complex cross-functional requirements with Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering departments.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of successful business development and channel partnership experience.
  • 7+ years of people leadership experience, demonstrating ability to lead and scale high-performing teams.
  • Deep industry experience in the Employee Benefits ecosystem, including carriers, consultants, or digital health providers.
  • Strong track record of success in quota-carrying roles with P&L responsibility.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective relationship building.
