What you will do

• Manage a high-performing IT team and deliver excellent customer experience to internal stakeholders
• Oversee IT services including core infrastructure, cloud services, and desktop support
• Collaborate with Information Security and R&D teams to align technology strategies and cybersecurity
• Manage IT budget and vendor negotiations
• Lead and execute IT projects and resource allocation
• Maintain IT procedures and documentation knowledge base

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Extensive experience leading high-performance technology teams
• Proven ability to manage internal and customer-facing IT services
• Experience owning IT strategy and budget in a high-growth software company
• Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting and stakeholder alignment
