Salary: CAD $202,000–$223,000 (annual base salary)

What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of 6–8 engineers, fostering an inclusive culture and professional growth.
• Partner with product, design, and UXR to translate customer pain points into MVPs and scalable architectural roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance large-scale feature launches with iterative product enhancements.
• Guide the articulation and execution of the team’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Engage with customers to validate technical feasibility and co-develop solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2+ years managing a technical team.
• Demonstrated track record of growing engineers across levels.
• Ability to go deep on architecture, flows, and tradeoffs with a sharp engineering team.
• Experience building and scaling new products or incubations, operating with urgency and resourcefulness.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, actively leveraging them to elevate product experiences.
• Clear, persuasive communication skills to align stakeholders in ambiguous spaces.
