Salary: CAD 135,000–CAD 170,000 yearly

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the engineering team.
• Oversee multiple engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Develop and implement engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and capacity planning for the department.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools, including CAD and PLM systems.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, project management, and resource allocation.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.
