TL;DR

Distribution Partner Manager: Identifying, evaluating, and executing new strategic distribution opportunities to hyper-scale growth through strategic alliances with an accent on driving partner-influenced revenue and aligning mutual success plans. Focus on building new revenue-focused partner programs from scratch and maturing indirect sales motions.

Location: This role can be held from hirify.global’s New York City or San Francisco hub offices, or remotely in the United States. Candidates will be required to attend in-person onboarding.

Salary: $136,000–$288,000 USD Annual Base Salary Range

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute new strategic distribution opportunities and onboard qualified organizations into hirify.global’s partner program.
  • Manage and grow relationships with service and commercial partners across AMER, including public sector and Federal clients.
  • Partner with GTM teams to source, scope, and progress partner-influenced opportunities, identifying new co-marketing and co-selling motions.
  • Evaluate and mature indirect sales motions, recommending improvements that streamline execution and support long-term growth.
  • Educate and enable the partner ecosystem on hirify.global’s products, services, and AI capabilities.

Requirements

  • English: B2+ required
  • 10+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, channel, or related GTM roles.
  • 3+ years of experience handling external GTM partners (e.g., SIs, agencies, consultancies, ISVs, resellers, marketplaces, or referral partners).
  • Proven experience building partner programs or strategies from inception to execution, including defining key metrics and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing multiple strategic partner relationships simultaneously and driving measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Must have US work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with partners to influence or capture business within the U.S. Federal government.
  • Worked at a service organization or channel partner in a direct GTM capacity.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, collaboration tools, or digital product development workflows.
