What you will do

• Translate business objectives into data-driven insights and recommendations for product teams.
• Develop and implement predictive models and analytical tools to analyze product usage and customer behaviors.
• Analyze large datasets to guide the optimization of engagement and monetization strategies.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of new features.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to integrate data-driven insights into the product.
• Present findings and recommendations to executives to inform the company’s product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in a software technology or AI-driven company.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets, and expertise in Python and R for analysis and visualization.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and general data science techniques.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Mountain View, CA.
