What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Lead causal inference analyses to understand product and customer outcome mechanisms.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex statistical problems across the organization.
• Establish and maintain high methodological standards for analytical quality and reproducibility.
• Author internal research papers and contribute to external-facing benchmarking studies.
• Provide fast-turnaround data deep-dives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for production-quality analytical scripts.
• Deep background in statistics, including hypothesis testing, power analysis, and causal inference.
• Extensive experience designing and operating experimentation frameworks at scale.
• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from New York for hybrid collaboration.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools like Looker, Omni, or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience working with LLM or AI product data.
• Familiarity with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
