TL;DR

Total Rewards Manager: Managing and redesigning comprehensive compensation, benefits, and equity programs with an accent on driving performance, engagement, and wellbeing. Focus on ensuring global scalability, compliance with US regulations, and leveraging data for proactive problem-solving.

Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $118,400–$171,700 USD + bonus and equity.

What you will do

  • Own annual compensation review, pay equity analysis, and promotion cycles.
  • Act as the go-to expert on market data, compensation bands, and competitive pay strategies.
  • Manage and redesign equity and bonus programs.
  • Run US benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, FSA, COBRA) and support global expansion.
  • Administer leave programs including parental leave, FMLA, and disability.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA reporting, EEO-1, SOC2 audits, and PCORI filings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in total rewards, compensation, or benefits administration.
  • Deep expertise in compensation philosophy, general, sales, equity, and executive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas, macros).
  • Experience with market data tools, compensation management platforms, and equity analysis.
  • Familiarity with Workday and various HR and recruiting SaaS tools.
  • Work authorization in the United States is required.
