What you will do

• Conduct salary benchmarking using external surveys and internal analytics, developing and maintaining salary ranges and pay structures.
• Support annual salary review and promotion processes.
• Implement and administer annual bonus and incentive plans, ensuring accurate calculations and payout processes.
• Prepare Total Rewards analytics, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and update compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Monitor pay equity and internal fairness metrics.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards.
• Strong experience with compensation structures, variable pay, and market benchmarking.
• Ability to work with complex data and compensation analytics.
• Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and survey tools (e.g., Mercer).
• Advanced English.

• Experience with compensation modules of HCM systems (Oracle, Workday).
