What you will do
- Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes in various countries.
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across different departments (Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, Engineers).
- Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filing, exceptions, approvals, and compliance.
- Ensure full data integrity and quality in all payroll operations.
- Focus on achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Implement and improve processes, mentor, and support other payroll specialists, and back up regional managers.
Requirements
- Writes and speaks fluent English.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, either in-house or with a payroll service provider.
- Strong knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficient in using software tools such as Excel and Google Suite.
- Possess an analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment and work largely asynchronously.
