What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll operations for global employees including regular pay, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and taxes across multiple pay cycles.
• Develop and maintain reports to verify payroll workflows and track KPIs.
• Partner with HR, FP&A, and external providers to align payroll with organizational strategy and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of global payroll processes, controls, and documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all payroll-related questions from employees.

Requirements

• 6+ years of payroll experience for 1,000+ employees, including multi-country and global payroll operations.
• Experience with Sequoia, Deel, Remote, Workday, and HiBob.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
