Focus on designing scalable onboarding programs, managing new hire documentation, and ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA or Bellevue, WA. New hires are invited to onboarding at one of our hubs within the first month, and teams gather quarterly for collaboration. Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.

Salary: $98,000–$143,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end onboarding administration for new hires, ensuring accuracy and a high-quality experience.
  • Manage offer letter, background check, and new hire documentation workflows with Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and ensure data compliance.
  • Lead engaging new hire orientation sessions that inspire excitement about hirify.global’s culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related questions, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support the design and evolution of onboarding programs using operational insights and employee feedback.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements within onboarding workflows.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own and execute high-volume, detail-oriented processes.
  • Experience supporting onboarding or employee experience program design.
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle administration.
  • Experience using Workday and digital tools, with strong comfort learning new systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for data organization and interpretation.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or shared inbox workflows.
  • Interest in HR analytics or process measurement.
  • Exposure to agile or continuous improvement methodologies.
