Manager / Senior Manager, Multimedia

Location: Cambridge, MA, USA; in-house role

Expected base salary: $108,000–$186,000 USD per year, with bonus potential and early-stage equity.

What you will do

• Create videos, graphics, animations, photography, and other multimedia content for internal and external audiences.
• Manage production end to end, from concept development through timelines, reviews, delivery, and asset handoff.
• Translate complex scientific, engineering, and product topics into accurate visual stories, explainers, diagrams, and process visuals.
• Support Talent Acquisition, Internal Communications, Facilities, Product, Commercial, and Sales with recruiting assets, web content, demos, pitch materials, and event content.
• Build repeatable templates and lightweight production systems for fast, consistent content delivery.
• Maintain multimedia libraries through metadata, tagging, versioning, naming conventions, file organization, and archiving.

Requirements

• Fluency with AI-powered production tools for generative image, video, audio, motion, and editing workflows.
• Strong multimedia production, visual storytelling, and content creation experience.
• Ability to work with scientific, engineering, and product stakeholders and communicate complex concepts visually.
• Strong organization and ability to balance speed, quality, and consistency across frequent requests.
• Experience with content strategy and storytelling in a startup, corporate, fast-paced, or digital marketing agency environment.

Nice to have

• Background or familiarity with science, biology, AI/ML, robotics, or software.
• Experience in a fast-paced work setting or digital marketing agency.
