Location: O'Fallon, Illinois, USA; remote work available, with occasional work at a Booz Allen or customer facility

Salary: $69,300–$158,000 annualized USD

What you will do

• Design, produce, and maintain multimedia training content for patient movement, medical regulating, and command-and-control workflows.
• Create videos, animated walkthroughs, scenario-based simulations, microlearning clips, graphics, annotated job aids, and mobile UI storyboards.
• Translate complex technical workflows and system interactions into clear, intuitive visual designs.
• Collaborate with instructors, subject-matter experts, and product owners to reflect current workflows, release updates, and operational requirements.
• Develop content for in-person, virtual, and on-demand training while following DoD cybersecurity compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with multimedia production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, or Articulate.
• 5+ years of experience producing multimedia training materials, including demonstration videos, annotated job aids, and microlearning modules.
• Ability to convert complex technical workflows into intuitive visual designs.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enhanced training tools, adaptive learning, or scenario-based simulation.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications, DIL mobile environments, or training products for operational field conditions.
• Instructional design or training program development experience.
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility requirements.
• Human Centered Design Certification.
