Location: Must be onsite 3 days/week at the client location in Northridge, CA

Salary: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00

What you will do

• Create and execute project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and best approaches for the client.
• Prepare and participate in project reviews with the client and senior management.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with the project team and client.
• Manage day-to-day client interaction and set/manage client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices preferred.
• Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.
• Computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
