What you will do

• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, including strategic, partner, license, SaaS, professional service, data processing, and vendor contracts.
• Lead legal support activities for channel partners.
• Assist with other legal matters, such as product launch support, collections, human resources, and litigation.
• Handle day-to-day legal inquiries in cooperation with legal team members and business units.
• Manage ad hoc legal matters including corporate entity support, risk assessments, compliance, and data privacy reviews.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required.
• 8-12 years of substantive experience providing legal advice in an international corporate environment.
• Highly skilled and experienced in supporting a sales team in a technology company, with required SaaS and channel partner program experience.
• Possess a commercial mindset, be detail-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, results and deadline oriented, and have high multi-task proficiency.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
• English language proficiency; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
• Must be based remotely anywhere in the United States in EST or CST Time Zones.
