TL;DR

Contracts Manager (SaaS): Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts for enterprise-level and public-sector clients with an accent on sales agreements, SaaS agreements, and partner programs. Focus on proactively identifying contractual risks, adapting existing contracts, and improving operational efficiency in contract management within a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid work model balancing office and remote work. Office located in Cannon Street, London, UK. 50% reimbursement on public transportation fees, up to a maximum of 1,250£ gross/year.

What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, license assignments, sales agreements, and SaaS agreements.
  • Collaborate with EMEA and global sales teams and stakeholders to close deals under tight deadlines.
  • Develop and negotiate agreements for partner programs, including Reseller, Distribution, and Teaming agreements.
  • Adapt existing contracts and draft new documentation to reflect changes in services, products, or commercial relationships.
  • Proactively identify and address potential contractual risks, provide solutions, and assist in editing playbooks and templates.
  • Support with ad hoc contractual queries and assist the Legal Team in improving operational efficiency through tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working on commercial contracts, particularly in the SaaS and cloud services industry.
  • Experience with enterprise-level contracts and a strong understanding of various licensing models (SaaS, on-premises, cloud-based).
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Some knowledge of global privacy and data protection risks, including experience handling customer security questionnaires and negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
  • Exceptional communication and drafting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with new technologies (including generative AI) and proficient in Microsoft Office.
