What you will do

• Lead the integration of AI solutions, including LLM, GenAI, and NLM, into next-generation platforms.
• Manage and inspire two high-performing agile squads of 10–15 members in a startup-like innovation culture.
• Bridge AI research and product R&D to translate cutting-edge AI into scalable user features.
• Maintain a 20% hands-on presence by providing architectural guidance and technical mentorship.
• Partner with business development to align technical initiatives with market opportunities.
• Oversee software testing strategies and drive DevOps best practices for continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive technical experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying GenAI, LLM, or NLM in production R&D environments.
• Experience leading global engineering teams of 10+ members across multiple disciplines.
• Deep expertise in multiple Agile methodologies and DevOps tools.
• Experience leading full-stack development and overseeing end-to-end software delivery.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
