What you will do

• Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier Forward Deployed Engineering talent, including Principal and Sr. Principal FDEs.
• Define the technical and operational strategy for delivering enterprise AI and agentic automation at scale.
• Synthesize field signals from customer engagements into product roadmap, platform, and investment priorities.
• Establish reference architectures, governance models, and delivery standards for production-grade AI solutions.
• Build and deepen executive relationships with senior customer stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align field perspective with company decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience in enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in LLM systems, AI application architecture, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Strong technical fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of scaling customer-facing engineering functions and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites (30–40%).

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise automation platforms and orchestration engines.
• Background in machine learning, custom ML models, or document understanding.
• Familiarity with multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships to accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
