Salary: USD 85,000–USD 115,000

What you will do

• Identify business leads and proactively target prospective customers within the Environmental community.
• Conduct discovery sessions with qualified leads to identify client needs and potential opportunities.
• Develop value propositions and determine how hirify.global services will help clients achieve their goals.
• Influence and promote business opportunities through partnering relationships with potential customers.
• Secure closure on proposals and effectively hand over contracts to the Client Services Team.
• Provide market intelligence to assist in developing sales materials, plans, budgets, and forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science.
• 5 years of experience in technical sales, project management, or customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong leadership, self-initiative, and resource utilization abilities.
• Solid critical thinking skills to anticipate and solve problems systematically.
• Advanced English language skills (C1).
• Advanced reasoning and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

• 5 years of experience in the Environmental Industry.
