What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, software development, supply chain) on e-commerce initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize product listings, including content, pricing, and promotions.
- Lead project management efforts for new site launches, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) efforts.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in client and account relations.
- Experience in either retail, e-commerce, or energy efficiency programs.
- Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Exceptional time management, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Asana.
