What you will do

• Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, software development, supply chain) on e-commerce initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize product listings, including content, pricing, and promotions.
• Lead project management efforts for new site launches, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) efforts.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in client and account relations.
• Experience in either retail, e-commerce, or energy efficiency programs.
• Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Exceptional time management, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Asana.
