What you will do
- Develop and expand relationships with life sciences clients, serving as a trusted advisor for global content, translation, and digital solutions.
- Identify and engage new stakeholders and buyers to expand wallet share and support multi-year growth goals.
- Conduct deep discovery and needs assessments to craft proposals that solve client-specific challenges.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of new and upsell opportunities and manage the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery and long-term client success.
- Monitor changes in the life sciences landscape, regulations, and industry innovations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Sales Experience in B2B sales or account management within the life sciences sector (pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare).
- History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and delivering growth.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences content lifecycle, including regulatory constraints and multilingual requirements.
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
- Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.
