Location: Must be located in Waltham, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $80k-$100k/year base + a competitive and achievable commission plan!

What you will do

  • Develop and expand relationships with life sciences clients, serving as a trusted advisor for global content, translation, and digital solutions.
  • Identify and engage new stakeholders and buyers to expand wallet share and support multi-year growth goals.
  • Conduct deep discovery and needs assessments to craft proposals that solve client-specific challenges.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of new and upsell opportunities and manage the sales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery and long-term client success.
  • Monitor changes in the life sciences landscape, regulations, and industry innovations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Sales Experience in B2B sales or account management within the life sciences sector (pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare).
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and delivering growth.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences content lifecycle, including regulatory constraints and multilingual requirements.
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility with both business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in qualifying opportunities, presenting solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.
  • Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately.

Nice to have

  • Life sciences background or advanced degree is a plus.
