Location: Must reside in a commutable distance to the Greater Houston, Texas area. Candidates in Dallas Fort Worth, Austin, or San Antonio will also be considered.

What you will do

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline for professional services and technology consulting.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to promote deals and build client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets for professional services.
  • Understand client needs to design and present tailored solutions, particularly in program/project management and data strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-selling opportunities and expanding accounts.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects and programs, providing governance and oversight.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in selling professional services and technology consulting services.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and conferences.
  • Proven organizational skills, a growth mindset, and an initiative-taker attitude.
