What you will do

  • Grow hirify.global’s proprietary registry business by closing high-value sales targets and providing commercial support to existing programs.
  • Cover North America territory, focusing on clean electricity and differentiated fuels markets (RECs, ZECs, Biofuels, EVSE, RNG, hydrogen).
  • Identify and facilitate cross-selling opportunities across hirify.global business lines.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with market participants, project developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prospect new business by identifying key decision-makers and leveraging sales expertise to generate leads and execute sales strategy.
  • Manage the sales process from qualification to legal contracts, utilizing CRM to capture deal attributes.
  • Monitor market intelligence, analyze developments, and develop revenue forecasts and track sales KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in business, environmental management, or sustainability.
  • Deep understanding of REC and fuels markets, global climate change issues, and environmental/energy markets.
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership.
  • Ability to originate leads, engage decision-makers, build trusted relationships, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Salesforce.
  • Must be based in the U.S.
