What you will do

  • Lead the strategic relationship between hirify.global Mexico and AWS to drive joint business growth.
  • Develop and implement AWS business plans, marketing activities, incentive programs, and enablement strategies for partners.
  • Negotiate and manage agreements, business terms, and contractual obligations with AWS.
  • Resolve operational, financial, or contractual discrepancies related to vendor activities.
  • Monitor AWS portfolio performance, analyze results, and create data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals to meet and exceed departmental goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Systems Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Robotics, or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience managing IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) solutions.
  • 5 years of experience at a management level.
  • 5 years of experience managing marketplaces and digital platforms.
  • 5 years of commercial/sales experience in the technology sector, preferably in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google, Microsoft).
  • English: C1+ required (Fluent)
  • Strong experience negotiating with vendors and managing contracts.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem, cloud commercial models, channels, and partners.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and make autonomous operational decisions.
  • Analytical mindset, strong business acumen, and results-oriented approach.
