What you will do
- Conduct field medical visits in collaboration with distributors to ensure education and awareness of products.
- Plan and operationalize hands-on sessions, workshops, and in-hospital product training for healthcare professionals.
- Support the implementation of product launches to drive adoption and penetration in key accounts.
- Gather and report market intelligence to the Country Manager regarding competitors and market opportunities.
- Maintain strategic partnerships with distributors to ensure consistency in commercial and clinical messaging.
- Manage, train, and develop staff through performance reviews and development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Medical Devices (Sales, Clinical Support, or Training).
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and medical device industry in the Latin American region.
- Experience conducting workshops and product demonstrations in hospital settings.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 70%) and work in hospital/laboratory environments.
- English proficiency is strongly desired.
