TL;DR
VP, Asset Manager Channel (Fintech): Building and strengthening strategic relationships with field distribution teams across partner ecosystems with an accent on driving platform awareness and adoption. Focus on networking, consultative engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth in wealth management technology.
Location: Hybrid, Wakefield, MA (USA). Willingness to travel regularly to meet with distribution partners and attend industry events is required.
Salary: $150,000–$170,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with field distribution teams, home office leadership, and key decision-makers at partner firms.
- Network extensively to identify new distribution opportunities and deepen existing partnerships.
- Partner closely with sales and client success teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations of 's value proposition to field distribution audiences.
- Coordinate and participate in field events, regional conferences, and partner meetings.
- Serve as the voice of distribution partners internally, providing feedback to Product, Technology, and Leadership teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is required.
- Proven track record in relationship management and networking within financial services, particularly with distribution teams.
- Passion for financial technology and understanding of wealth management platforms and solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results independently.
- Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape, including broker-dealer and RIA distribution models.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with distribution partners and attend industry events.
Nice to have
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, preferably in business development or relationship management roles.
- Established network within wealth management distribution channels (wirehouses, independent broker-dealers, RIAs, or similar).
- Experience working with wealth management technology platforms or fintech solutions.
- Expertise in utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Series 7 and/or Series 63 licenses.
