TL;DR
Commercial Account Executive (Sales): Driving revenue in new accounts and expanding presence in existing customers within a territory with an accent on outbound identification, lead qualification, and closing new license sales. Location: Remote (USA - PA/NJ). Must be based in King of Prussia, PA, or be able to work remotely from Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
Salary: $65,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Identify and develop land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts using digital and social channels.
- Follow up on inbound leads, qualify them, and manage through the sales cycle.
- Close new opportunities directly with internal Solutions Architect support or coordinate Partner involvement.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle.
- Maintain customer and opportunity data in the SFDC system.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships within the territory base.
Requirements
- Customer Centric Selling experience using a modern sales methodology platform.
- Strong marketing orientation with experience using a lead generation tool.
- Ability to execute a prospecting and sales plan within the territory.
- Ability to influence at all levels within hirify.global and territory accounts.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and be proactive to get tasks done efficiently.
- 2-4 years of Business Development and/or 1-2 years of Inside Sales experience (minimum of 4 years professional sales experience preferred).
