TL;DR

Growth Product Manager (AI): Leading the growth function by optimizing hirify.global's core product growth engine, ensuring packaging and pricing maximize value, and supporting the user lifecycle from onboarding to retention. Focus on using data, AI, and clinician input to identify and act on high-leverage growth opportunities and partnering with engineering and design to ship impactful features.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, United States)

Salary: $170,000 – $200,000

hirify.global is a product company responsible for how clinicians discover, try, adopt, and expand their use of its products.

What you will do

  • Optimize the core growth engine to scale hirify.global from 25k to 100k+ clinicians.
  • Own a best-in-class product experience for onboarding, engagement, and seat expansion.
  • Identify and act on high-leverage growth opportunities using data, AI, and clinician input.
  • Partner with engineering and design to ship features that help users get value from hirify.global.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, analytics, and marketing to create growth leverage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of growth experience with a strong track record of impact on revenue or user growth.
  • Highly analytical with a deep understanding of quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Demonstrated impact in Product-Led Growth (PLG) including self-serve funnels, in-product activation flows, and improved conversion and retention.
  • Strong experimentation rigor, combining intuition with hypothesis generation and testing.
  • Strong AI product sense, building intuitive, empowering, user-focused experiences leveraging AI.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in fast-paced startup environments where speed matters more than process.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing PLG → sales-assisted handoff motions.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
  • Experience scaling a company from $20M → $50M+ ARR.
