Location: Ability to work in our San Francisco or NYC office 3+ days per week is required.

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually (OTE)

What you will do

• Define and execute a bold AI product roadmap, balancing short-term wins with long-term platform thinking.
• Drive end-to-end execution of AI-powered solutions, from rapid prototyping and user testing to production deployment.
• Identify and implement high-leverage AI opportunities across the deal lifecycle, reducing manual work for real estate professionals.
• Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand pain points, test solutions, and ensure product effectiveness.
• Serve as the internal and external voice of hirify.global's AI strategy, communicating vision and progress to stakeholders.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives by creating content, hosting webinars, and engaging with clients and prospects.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with significant experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Proven experience working closely with ML engineers, including creating AI evaluations and diagnosing model failures.
• Comfortable spinning up rough AI prototypes and proof-of-concepts for early user testing.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and MCP.
• Experience building AI products requiring human calibration, oversight, and feedback loops.
• Ability to engage with sophisticated enterprise clients and manage expectations during AI calibration phases.
• Ability to work in our San Francisco or NYC office 3+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, private equity, or investment management.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, collaboration software, or data visualization tools.
• Experience developing monetization strategies for AI products.
