Salary: $150,000–$220,000 annually, plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do

• Own, strategize, and develop a large portion of hirify.global’s core product roadmap.
• Engage with customers directly to gather meaningful insight and feedback to create a world-class product.
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Communicate and integrate competitive analysis, usability research, and market analysis into product requirements.
• Utilize your understanding in AI/ML/CV or related technical space to contribute to hirify.global’s main product offering.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of relevant product management experience or previous AI/ML experience with strong product ownership.
• Previous engineering and/or tech lead experience.
• Strong track record of building in a technical domain while shipping quickly and efficiently.
• Willingness to get hands-on with code.
• Experience and/or knowledge of working within machine learning, data platforms, or infrastructure.
• Experience driving data-informed product strategy into production.

Nice to have

• Experience in API design.
• Early startup experience.
• Experience working with Figma or similar design tools.
