Senior Product Manager (AI): Spearheading AI initiatives to build products that unlock smarter, faster, and more impactful real estate investment decisions with an accent on model quality and thought leadership. Focus on defining a bold AI product roadmap, prototyping solutions, and partnering with AI/ML engineers for end-to-end execution of production-ready AI products.

Location: Hybrid (New York City or San Francisco, US) with 3 days in-office required (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 annually (OTE)

What you will do

• Define, prioritize, and execute a bold AI product roadmap, balancing near-term wins with long-term platform thinking.
• Rapidly prototype and build AI-powered solutions, including creating and maintaining AI evaluations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with AI/ML, engineering, design, and marketing to bring production-ready AI products to market.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities to apply AI across the deal lifecycle to reduce manual work for real estate professionals.
• Engage directly with sophisticated real estate clients to uncover pain points and ensure solutions move the needle for their workflows.
• Serve as the internal and external voice of hirify.global's AI strategy, presenting the roadmap and sharing progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, with significant experience shipping AI-powered products.
• Proven experience working alongside ML engineers, creating AI evals, and diagnosing model failures.
• Comfortable spinning up rough AI prototypes and building proof-of-concepts.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and MCP for build-vs-buy decisions.
• Experience building AI products requiring human calibration, oversight, and feedback loops.
• Ability to engage directly with sophisticated enterprise clients and maintain trust during product evolution.
• Ability to work in the San Francisco or NYC office 3+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate, private equity, or investment management.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, collaboration software, or data visualization tools.
• Experience developing monetization strategies for AI products.
