What you will do
- Execute the renewal process to ensure Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) is retained or expanded, proactively handling churn and contraction scenarios.
- Oversee the entire renewal process for existing customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze renewal metrics and trends to improve customer retention and evaluate license usage.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams for a seamless renewal experience.
- Educate clients on the value of security software, new features, and updates to encourage renewal.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA or Canada.
- 2+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a software or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue principles.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Gainsight.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
