TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (MSP Per Client): Managing relationships with MSP partners to help them deliver security awareness outcomes for their clients with an accent on onboarding, training, and renewals. Focus on driving partner engagement, achieving business objectives, and ensuring client security and compliance.

Location: Remote positions open to the US only.

Salary: $58,000 including base, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners, understanding their business objectives and client needs.
  • Guide partners through structured onboarding, including account configuration, product training, and best practice workshops.
  • Track customer usage patterns and health indicators to help partners drive deeper engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical support and internal teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate renewals.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within your partner portfolio, driving add-ons, upgrades, and renewals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology environments.
  • Channel partner understanding with familiarity working with resellers, distributors, or managed service providers.
  • Relationship-building skills to connect with diverse personalities and maintain relationships over time.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets, manage renewals, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Organized multi-tasker who can manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator who writes professional emails and leads productive meetings.

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree or relevant certifications in business, technology, or related fields.
  • IT or cybersecurity industry knowledge with understanding of security awareness training concepts and challenges.
  • Prior customer success management experience where you've owned retention and expansion metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience navigating contract discussions, renewals, or pricing conversations.
