TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (MSP): Building and maintaining strong relationships with MSP partners to ensure their success in delivering security awareness outcomes to clients with an accent on driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Location: Remote (US only)

Salary: $46,400 - $57,000 (base, bonuses, commissions)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners.
  • Guide partners through structured onboarding for new customer deployments.
  • Track customer usage and adoption to drive engagement and better outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews with partner stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and coordinate renewals.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to meet or exceed bookings targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer success, account management, or partner-facing experience, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology environments.
  • Familiarity with channel partners, including resellers, distributors, or managed service providers.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, connecting with diverse personalities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets and drive bookings.
  • Organized multi-tasker capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Associate's degree or relevant certifications in business, technology, or related fields.
  • IT or cybersecurity industry knowledge, understanding security awareness training concepts.
  • Prior customer success management experience owning retention and expansion metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience navigating contract discussions.
