What you will do
- Act as a thought partner to government legal advisors and public sector legal teams.
- Take full ownership of client relationships, guiding adoption from pilots to organization-wide use.
- Represent the voice of government and institutional users to inform product development and strategic direction.
- Deliver confident product demos and training to various public sector entities.
- Document best practices and contribute to scalable playbooks for global function growth.
- Help teams navigate the shift to AI in public sector legal work, evaluating ROI and impact.
- Understand and navigate unique public sector requirements (security, data sovereignty, procurement).
Requirements
- Background in law with experience in government, public institutions, or serving public sector clients.
- Understanding of the public sector context, including accountability, budget constraints, and risk aversion.
- Tech-curious and product-savvy, passionate about technical conversations around generative AI and innovation.
- Strong communication skills to confidently interact with diverse stakeholders and translate across disciplines.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, manage complexity, and be proactive and self-directed.
- Understanding how to evaluate and improve processes using new technologies.
- Confidence in navigating security and confidentiality requirements.
