Strategic Verticals Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid at the Sunnyvale, California office; remote possible for candidates willing to travel 1–2 times per quarter.

What you will do

• Lead product outcomes for strategic lighthouse accounts, from initial discovery and whiteboarding through scaled deployment.
• Engage directly with AI-native startups and large enterprises to understand their goals, requirements, and AI use cases.
• Co-architect tailored AI solutions with Solutions Architects, Account Managers, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Design proof-of-concepts, advise on model selection and fine-tuning, and benchmark end-to-end inference performance.
• Guide customers’ long-term AI strategies and co-own the go-to-market journey, adoption, usage, and expansion.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback and influence future software, chip, and cluster designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Software Engineer, currently at or above Senior PM or Senior SWE level.
• Strong technical background in computer science, electrical engineering, or software engineering.
• Familiarity with LLMs, inference requirements, AI agents, and developer-facing products.
• Excellent customer communication skills and the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes scenarios.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and drive initiatives to resolution in a fast-paced environment.
• For the remote arrangement, willingness to travel to the Sunnyvale office 1–2 times per quarter is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM serving stacks such as vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or TGI.
• Experience with agent frameworks and interest in developer platforms and tooling.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Background as a former engineer seeking direct business and product impact.
