Senior Deal Desk Specialist (Sales Operations): Governs complex, high-value, and non-standard sales opportunities to ensure compliance and readiness for the sales lifecycle with an accent on coordinating cross-functional approvals and managing dependencies. Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements and automation to reduce friction and enable scale in deal governance.

What you will do
- Conduct intake and validate complex sales opportunities for completeness and readiness.
- Collect, review, and validate supporting artifacts like agreements and pricing.
- Manage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Pricing, Compliance, etc.).
- Act as the primary liaison between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approval.
- Track deal progress, dependencies, and ensure all required approvals are secured and documented.
- Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 7+ years experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and/or deal governance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience identifying and driving process improvement projects.
