What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of circa 7-8 BDRs to drive outbound pipeline creation across DACH.
- Deliver hands-on call coaching, live feedback, and structured role-play sessions.
- Build scalable outbound prospecting programmes across phone, email, and social.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Account Executives to align pipeline expectations.
- Partner with Marketing to improve lead flow, ICP targeting, and demand generation impact.
- Ensure effective use of Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools.
Requirements
- Fluent German and English (written & spoken).
- 2+ years of experience managing BDR/SDR teams, ideally in SaaS or technology.
- Strong outbound leadership: cold calling, enterprise prospecting, qualification methodologies and structured coaching.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and other leading sales engagement tools.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
