What you will do
- Work exclusively on a curated list of high-potential target companies, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts, from qualification to close, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and execute effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Launch and manage the client’s account during their first year with hirify.global, ensuring a successful implementation.
- Drive account growth by expanding the number of seats, functionalities, and overall adoption of hirify.global within their organization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience) to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably within in enterprise sales or working with large, complex organizations.
- Comfortable with both remote work and conducting in-person client meetings as required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and skilled in consultative selling and negotiation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (proficient) and English (professional level).
- Proficient in using sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRMs.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to take ownership of the launch and expansion strategy in the market.
