Senior HR Business Partner (Hrtech): Advising senior leaders on organizational performance and design with an accent on diagnosing organizational friction, identifying root causes of performance challenges, and driving focused people interventions. Focus on coaching managers, advising on headcount trade-offs, and supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives to unlock measurable business impact.

Location: Remote in Germany, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to drive team effectiveness and sustained high performance.
  • Diagnose organizational friction and identify root causes of performance challenges.
  • Coach managers to strengthen feedback habits and performance conversations.
  • Use people data to identify patterns, risks, and intervention opportunities.
  • Lead or support cyclical people initiatives and support organizational change.
  • Partner closely with People Operations to establish clear ownership boundaries.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced or scaling environments.
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders on organisational performance and design.
  • Experience supporting transformation, change, or restructuring initiatives.
  • Commercially minded with strong business understanding.
  • Excellent problem-solver who identifies root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Working knowledge of employment law (Europe, UK and/or US).
