What you will do

• Guide a global premium consumer goods organization through a critical ERP transformation.
• Manage the people-side of change, including change strategy, planning, implementation, and tracking.
• Define and utilize human-centric change methods and tools for effective change management.
• Periodically review the effectiveness of change management measures and take necessary actions.
• Ensure a high-impact and human-centric change management strategy.
• Identify risks and ensure change readiness throughout the transformation journey.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Business, Psychology, or Organizational Management.
• Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, communication, HR, or process management.
• Proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Experience with change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Transformative leadership capabilities with strong coaching and advisory skills.
• Proficiency in agile ways of working and adaptive approaches.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
