What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic people lead for your aligned organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into high-impact people strategies.
• Leverage AI-powered tools, data, and analytics to inform talent decisions and strengthen team effectiveness.
• Monitor key talent, performance, and engagement metrics to guide leadership decisions.
• Provide guidance on promotions, salary adjustments, and compensation decisions.
• Support the design and implementation of performance management processes and provide coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar strategic HR role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use AI-driven insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and build trusted relationships at all levels.
• Deep knowledge of HR best practices, compensation strategy, and labor laws.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU visa.
• Must be based in Portugal.
