We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our Sales HR Team — not as “support,” but as a true co-pilot to Sales leadership.

What You’ll Do
— Partner with Sales leaders to design and execute people strategies
— Drive org design, succession planning, engagement, and performance management
— Use data and analytics to influence business decisions
— Coach mid- and senior-level managers on leadership and team effectiveness
— Manage complex employee relations cases
— Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure efficient hiring cycles
— Initiate and lead cross-functional HR projects
— Ensure compliance and minimize legal risk
— Deploy scalable people strategies that support growth

You won’t just run HR processes.
You’ll build the ones that move the needle.

What We’re Looking For
— 7+ years of business experience, 4+ years in HR
— 3+ years supporting Sales organizations (SaaS preferred)
— Experience working with multicultural, global teams (US, Canada, Europe, Asia)
— Strong coaching and organizational development experience
— Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
— Excellent communication skills in English
— Ability to travel occasionally
