TL;DR

Senior People Business Partner (Revenue): Collaborating with the global revenue and sales leadership team to provide thought leadership on organizational and people strategy with an accent on organizational design, performance management, and talent development. Focus on coaching managers, resolving complex people issues, and implementing change management plans within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Location: Hybrid in or near one of hirify.global's offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or London.

Salary: $170,000 - $220,000 (annualized base salary)

What you will do

  • Partner with revenue leadership on people-related strategy and execution, including organizational design and change management.
  • Coach managers on performance, compensation, recognition, and learning & development.
  • Contribute to and lead People programs such as engagement surveys and talent development.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations, advocating for employees and the business.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and promote a culture of feedback.
  • Participate in in-person company events and build team relationships.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in technology.
  • Experience partnering with a C-suite revenue executive.
  • Ability to operate strategically and perform tactical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence all levels of management and think critically.
  • Unquestioned integrity, strong judgment, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Experience in organizational design and change management.

Nice to have

  • Global experience is strongly preferred.
  • Eagerness to explore and apply AI and emerging technologies.
