What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, providing empathetic guidance on insurance and benefits.
• Assist in administering health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and supplementary benefit programs.
• Manage the end-to-end journey of enrollments, life events, and terminations.
• Help design communication materials and lead sessions for Annual Open Enrollment.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA through auditing invoices and maintaining compliance standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to lead the reasonable accommodations process.

Requirements

• 3-8 years in benefits administration or related HR operations.
• Prior experience administering reasonable accommodations.
• Strong understanding of US benefit plans, HR policies and programs, with some knowledge of employment law and workplace compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in HRIS platforms and Google Workspace.
