Benefits Managed Service Specialist (HR): Delivering accurate and compliant end-to-end benefits administration support for customers using hirify.global’s benefits solutions with an accent on managing high volumes of benefits enrollments, life events, and ongoing changes. Focus on proactive checks, expert handling of enrollments, and close collaboration with internal teams and external benefits providers.

Location: Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits administration processing and issue resolution within the Managed Services Bureau.
  • Ensure benefits accuracy through thorough reviews and adherence to regulatory, carrier, and plan-specific requirements.
  • Manage high volumes of benefits enrollments, life events, and ongoing changes while maintaining efficiency and quality within strict deadlines.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance the bureau’s benefits administration service delivery.
  • Support new client onboarding by validating benefits data, ensuring accurate setup, and coordinating effective go-live and transition activities.
  • Effectively escalate complex benefits-related issues to internal teams or external providers while maintaining clear, proactive communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Managed Services or Bureau-style environment.
  • Demonstrable US benefits administration experience in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
  • Strong knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements (e.g. ACA, ERISA, COBRA, eligibility and enrollment rules).
  • Experience handling high-volume benefits enrollments, life events, and ongoing administration with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to optimize benefits administration processes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain complex benefits concepts to clients and internal teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS technology along with Payroll.
  • Previous experience working with global teams and with Enterprise Customers.
  • Experience onboarding customers into a new managed service/ outsource function.
  • Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Slack, & Asana.
  • Experience working with APIs and integrations.
